A lecture performance looks at the relation between speaking and
listening and their central role in the production of social and
political space.
Taking place in the backstage area of an ancient amphitheatre, the
performance includes different elements: unamplified voice, playback of
voice and tones through loudspeakers that are moved during the
performance, simultaneous readings of the audience and extended
silences.
