Durational performance in the framework of "Erbarmen als
Soziale Form"

Over a period of two weeks, the surface of a tabletop is gradually removed day by day using a sanding machine.
At the finissage, the act is performed one last time: the sound is captured by two contact microphones and transmitted into public space through a guitar amplifier positioned in front of the gallery entrance.
Following the performance, the wood dust produced throughout the entire process is collected and placed on the table.
